Labour

There is no forced, bonded or involuntary labour. Employees are not required to lodge ‘deposits’

or their identity papers with their employer and are free to leave employment with reasonable notice.

The recruitment of child labor is not acceptable

 

Working conditions are safe and hygienic

A safe and hygienic working environment is provided. Adequate steps are taken to

prevent accidents and injuries occurring in the course of work, by minimizing the causes of

hazards in the working environment. 

Access to clean water and toilet facilities and food storage are provided.


Living wages are paid

Wages and benefits meet the minimum national legal standards  and industry benchmark

standards,  Wages are enough to meet basic needs and to provide some discretionary income

 

Working hours are not excessive

Working hours comply with benchmark industry standards,

Overtime is voluntary.


No discrimination is practiced

There will be no discriminatios based on race, caste, national origin, religion, age, disability,

gender, marital status, sexual orientation, union membership or political affiliation.

No harsh or inhumane treatment is allowed

Physical, sexual, mental or verbal abuse is prohibited. As is the threat of any kind of abuse or

other forms of intimidation

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 No employee, officer or director of the Company shall disclose any confidential or proprietary information about the Client

The Company respects the confidentiality and privacy of its customers and the individuals and organizations with which the Company has a current or potential business relationship

All Criterion is as per required European Industry Standards and in accordance to the corresponding Indian Laws .
